Site Evaluation

Standard Usability Test
Adhering to a tried and tested structure of industry guidelines and using at least five carefully selected participants in keeping with the web site's intended audience, we will test and report on the total customer experience. Research indicates that testing with five users is the most effective and realistic way of capturing valuable data on what users actually think of your site.

Competitive Usability Test
Using the Standard test we pitch your site against the competition highlighting both strengths and weaknesses in all areas.
